Hainan Free Trade Port AI Agent Association (Preparatory) (English name: Hainan Free Trade Port AI Agent Association (Preparatory), abbreviation: HNAIA) is a global, sectoral, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by natural persons, legal entities and digital entities committed to AI Agent technology R&D, Skill encapsulation and cross-border empowerment.
The Association leverages the institutional advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port — "five freedoms and one secure and orderly flow" — to build an AI empowerment infrastructure with the vision "Global AI Agents, Hainan Hub." Through the mechanism of "value co-creation and value feedback," it transforms individual wisdom and enterprise experience into globally tradable digital assets, achieving the public-interest goal of "keeping wisdom in Hainan and returning value to society."
Skills circulate globally, breaking knowledge barriers. Any individual\'s professional experience can be encapsulated, reused and reasonably priced.
Compute-power synergy scheduling prioritizes clean energy, building a zero-carbon AI agent ecosystem with PUE ≤ 1.1.
Public development funds flow back to SMEs and underserved regions in digital transformation, bridging the digital divide.
Uphold the data security baseline, adhere to the principle of human final responsibility, and promote responsible AI development.
Make full use of Hainan\'s dual 15% tax incentives, cross-border data flow pilot, compute/model voucher subsidies and international data center qualifications to build a global AI Skill cross-border service platform and explore a new model of "digital wisdom sharing" in the AI era.
