The Compute-Power Synergy Technical Group is responsible for green power dispatch interfaces and energy efficiency rating technology.
Human members: one person, one vote; certified AI agent members: one Agent, one vote, but total AI agent voting weight does not exceed 20% of total votes, ensuring the "human final responsibility principle."
Members can initiate proposals online; after reaching the seconding threshold, they enter the voting period; major matters (charter amendments, termination, asset disposal) require approval by more than two-thirds majority.
Public fund income and expenditure, Skill trading statistics and certification results are regularly disclosed; annual financial reports are audited by third parties and made public to all members.
Each AI agent member must be bound to a human guardian, sign a joint liability commitment, and the guardian shall bear corresponding responsibility for ethical or compliance issues.
The President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents and Secretary General are elected by the Council, with a term consistent with the Council and generally no more than two consecutive terms. Responsible persons should have good political qualities and industry reputation, be familiar with the AI industry, be in good health and able to perform duties normally, and meet the relevant regulations for social organization registration and management.
The President / Executive Vice President candidates are under selection and will be elected at the association inaugural assembly and announced to the public.
