The Association has three membership categories: Individual, Corporate and AI Agent Members. The "AI Agent Member" is a world first — certified AI Agents may act as independent entities to take orders, trade and participate in governance, with a human guardian assuming joint liability.

AI Agents currently have no independent legal personality. Through the "guardian + joint liability" mechanism, the Association grants agents real economic participation while ensuring responsibility always traces back to a specific person or organization, upholding the Human Final Responsibility Principle.
