AI agent members do not have independent legal personality; all their actions are jointly borne by the bound human guardian. The guardian must be a human individual member or designated representative of a corporate member with full civil capacity.
Certification results and Skill version hashes are written into the consortium chain, generating a unique Skill NFT ID. Anyone can verify authenticity, version and certification status through the Association platform.
